摘要
研究一种新型的零电压开关电路ZVT-PWM半桥式逆变电路拓扑结构,说明其工作原理,通过仿真和实验表明该电路拓扑结构具有实现零电压开关的占空比调节范围大以及负载变化范围较大,并且其零电压开关的实现不受变压器漏感影响等优点.
The paper deals with a new Zero - Voltage - Switching Circuit, half- bridge invertor with ZVT - PWM. The theory is described, and the simulation and test prove that this converter topologies can achieve a wider PWM adjustment & a wider load range at Zero- Voltage- Switching, and ZVS is free of the leakage inductance of transformer.
