现场防腐热烤带所用沥青的改性

摘要 我国目前原油长输管道大修采用的是沟下作业现场浇制沥青的施工工艺,由多种因素导致大修后的覆盖层质量难以得到保证。为了改革热浇涂施工工艺,进行了改性沥青热烤带及施工工艺的研究。阐述了热烤带所用改性沥青的改性机理,使经过改性后的10号沥青具有抗植物根茎穿透能力,以,扩大其适用范围;提高软化点,使其适用于热油管道,同时注意保持其较好的韧性,以满足制备热烤带的要求。给出了热烤带的技术指标。介绍了热烤带施工工艺较沥青热浇涂工艺的优势。指出改性石油沥青热烤带施工工艺简便,对管体表面处理的要求较低,克服了石油沥青热浇涂的污染,覆盖层质量优于石油沥青热浇涂,使大修工程质量得以提高,是各类石油沥青覆盖层埋地管道大修、日常维修补伤和新建石油沥青覆盖层管道补口补伤的适合材料。 Field Application of heated asphalt in pipe trench, a technique popularly adopted in pipeline maintenance services, always fails to achieve the desighed quality due to many causes. The wrapping technique with modified asphalt iVstudied in order to improve the current coating process. The performances of the modified asphalt are described; higher resistance against plant root penetration; higher softening point with the same ductility as original. The specifications for the tapes are given. The superiorities ot heated tape wrapping technique over asphalt coating are introduced; simple operation, low requirement on pipe surface pretreatment, less environmental pollution, and high coating quality. Therefore, this technique is applicable to the pipeline maintenance, holiday repairng and joint coating.
