摘要 以嵌入式系统ARM和单片机为微处理器组,以FPGA为数字载体,以USB和DELPHI实现仪器PC通信接口和人机对话,LCD实现仪器智能方式界面,借助MC12429、ADC9288、ADS1211等完成数据采样,设计一个双通道模拟带宽为DC~100MHz且集成有一个双通道通用计数器和一个5位半数字多用表的多功能数字存储示波表,实验表明该设计是行之有效的,文章在讨论系统设计的同时重点介绍数据采样、FPGA、USB和LCD接口等关键技术设计方案。 A double-channels multifunctions digit-memory-oscillograph was designed with simulant bandwidth DC~ 100MHz, in which a double-channels commom counter and a 5 1/2 digit-multimeter were integrated, in which embedded system ARM and single chip computer was used for microprocessors, FPGA for digit carrier, USB and DELPHI for PC interface of communication and man-machine, LCD for intellectual interface, MC12429 ,ADC9255 ,ADS1211 and so on for data acquisition, experiments showed the design was effective and feasible,whose system design was discussed, the design plans of key technology of FPGA,USB and LCD interfaces,data acquisition were mainly given simultaneously in the paper.
