摘要
通过调查中洛管道热媒换热器经常发生大面积结垢引起换热量下降的情况,对故障原因进行了分析。分析表明,原油含盐量大、机械杂质过多、低输量运行导致原油流速过低等是换热器结垢的主要原因。通过论证提出了几项治理方案。第一方案为采用新型换热器,既可保证较高的换热量,又能降低结垢速度,并能适应中洛线目前低输量或将来提高输量的运行要求;第二方案为加装纵向折流板,可以显著提高换热能力,延长清洗周期,但耗费资金可观;第三方案为加回流管道,能大幅度提高换热能力,减少污垢阻力,但要购置必要的泵设备并增加动力费用。经过比较认为,第一方案是中洛线目前及今后换热器治理的首选方案。
The fouling problem in heat medium exchanger in Zhongyuan-Luoyang Pipeline is investigated and its causes are analized. The main causes include high salt and impurity contents in crude oil,low flow rate under small throughput. The corrective measures proposed are (1) to use a different type of heat exchanger,which,while capable of efficient heat exchange,can slow down fouling and meet the present small throughput and the future large throughput operation;(2) to install longitudinal deflection plates with considerable expances, to greatly increase heat exchange efficiency and expand cleaning interval;(3) to install return pipes for better heat exchange efficiency and lower resistance to impurity movement, which requires additional pumping equipment and power expances. Number one proposal is recommanded for the pipeline system in question.
