格拉成品油管道腐蚀问题及其对策

Corrosion in Golmud-Lhasa Products Pipeline and Its Countermeasures.

通过对格尔木—拉萨的成品油管道进行全面腐蚀情况检测和防腐补漏工作,发现该管道腐蚀问题比较严重,一方面,防腐层老化、剥离并遭到破坏;另一方面,穿跨河流、冰丘、冰锥、盐碱滩、沼泽地段的管道出现腐蚀穿孔。出现严重腐蚀的原因是设计、施工的缺陷、复杂的地理地质条件和管理使用方面的问题。介绍了采取的相应措施,即加强阴极保护系统的管理、管道防腐检漏、补漏以及管道水工保护工作。同时还就格拉管道防腐问题提出了看法和建议。

Severe corrosion problems,coating aging,disbonding as well as pitting corrosion in pipe sections crossing rivers,ice hills,salina,and marshland,are found during the comprehensive inspection and maintenance made for Golmud - Lhasa Products Pipeline. The corrosions are caused by imperfect design and construction,extreme geographical and geological conditions and poor operational management. The corresponding measures taken against the corrosions are introduced, in- eluding cathodic protection,corrosion inspection, repair,and hydrotechnical protection. Finally, suggestions and recommendations on the corrosion protection of Golmud-Lhasa Pipeline are given.
