摘要 提出了一个基于Moldflow的薄壁注塑件成型工艺设计的方法。将注塑成型质量分解为8项质量指标,并从Moldflow分析结果中提取相关数据,再利用加权法综合这些质量指标。通过选择具有代表性的近百组工艺参数,编写程序对其相应的成型质量进行比较,最终获得较为理想的成型工艺设计数据。 A Moldflow flow analysis based method for injection moulding process design of thin-walled plastics parts was put forward. The moulding quality of the moulding was broken down into eight constituent criteria in this method, relevant data were retrieved from Moldflow analysis results, and these quality criteria were synthesized by means of weighting method. By analysing about one hundred sets of typical processing parameters, and comparing their synthesized moulding quality results implemented in a computer program, the relatively optimal moulding process parameters were reported in this paper.
