血管生长抑制因子Kringle5的发酵条件研究

摘要 确定了适合重组工程菌生长和血管生长抑制因子Kringle5表达的培养基,并采用正交试验优化了重组工程菌的发酵条件。20L发酵罐中Kringle5蛋白的最终表达量为0.59g/L。 The optimum fermentation conditions for the growth of the recombinant E.coli strain and the expression of angiogenesis inhibitor Kringle 5 were investigated using orthogonal design. The final productivity of Kringle 5 was 0.59g/L in 20L fermenter.
