Research on Measuring Laser Beam Wavefiront Based on Radial Shearing Interferometry

摘要 详细论述了环路径向剪切干涉(cyclic radial shearing interferometry,CRSI)测量激光光束波前的原理,介绍了 傅立叶变换空间载波条纹相位提取方法,以及畸变波前的重建算法,给出了数值仿真结果,并且进行了实验研究,验证了该 方法的有效性。 The principle on measuring laser beam wavefront based on cyclic radial shearing interference is elaborated. Fourier transform method for extracting phase information by analyzing the spatial carrier fringe pattern is introduced, as well as an iterative algorithm for the misshapen wavefront reconstrnction. Numerical simulation is performed, and the experiment proves the validity of the method.
