摘要
对目前混凝土搅拌输送车液压控制系统设计中的关键问题——搅拌筒的恒速控制问题和液压系统冲击问题进行了探讨。总结了目前存在的各种恒速控制方式,进行了分析比较,得出了在目前条件下实现搅拌筒的恒速控制,以采用带恒速阀的液压变量柱塞泵、低速大扭矩马达、减速机、双向缓冲阀的配置为最佳;并提出了2种解决液压系统冲击的方法,即高压溢流保护和伺服排量控制。
This paper discusses the key problem in the design of hydraulic control system of concrete agitating lorry: constant speed control of mixing drum and impulsion of hydraulic system. Summarize various kinds of constant speed control methods existing at present,through analyzing and comparing, this paper realize constant speed control of mixing drum under the condition at present with the configuration including hydraulic variable piston pump with constant speed valve, low-speed big torque motor, gearbox and two-way cushion valve; And putforward two methods settling hydraulic system: high pressure overflow protection and displacement servo control.
