摘要
辽河石化分公司应用两段提升管催化裂化技术对催化裂化装置进行了改造,并增设了两种催化裂化汽油(轻馏分汽油和全馏分汽油)回炼改质措施。工业应用表明,在汽油烯烃含量接近目标值(目标值为体积分数39%)时,汽油回炼量小,此时回炼轻馏分汽油有利于目的产品收率的提高;当汽油烯烃含量与目标值相差较大时, 汽油回炼量大,此时回炼全馏分汽油有利于汽油辛烷值不受损失。
The FCC unit in Liaohe Petrochemical Company was revamped with two-stage riser catalytic cracking technology and two methods of FCC naphtha reprocessing (light fraction reprocessing and total reprocessing) were added. Commercial application shows that when the olefin content of FCC naphtha is near the target value 39%, and the amount of naphtha reprocessing is small, light fraction reprocessing is favorable to increase the yield of goal product. When the olefin content of naphtha is much higher than the target value, and the reprocessing amount is large, total reprocessing is favorable to maintain the octane number of FCC naphtha.
