分析了影响PLC控制系统可靠性的主要因素,从硬件安装、配置和软件编程方面提出了提高PLC系统可靠性的有效措施,其中硬件措施由电源的选择、输入输出的保护、完善的接地系统和PLC自身的改进4部分组成;软件措施包括提高输入输出信号的可靠性、信息的保护和恢复、互锁功能的设置、故障检测程序的设计、数据和程序的保护以及软件容错。
The main factors that influence the reliability of PLC control system are analyzed, and the effective measures for improving the reliability of PLC control system are explained from the hardware installation, configuration, and software programming. Tne Hardware measures include selection of power supply, protection of input and output, perfect grounding system and improvement of PLC itself. The software measures include improving reliability of input signal and output signal, protection and recovery of information, establishment of fimction of interlocks, design of fault diagnostics, protection of data and procedures, and sofa.are fault-tolerant.
