摘要
通过对国内外文献的整理和研究,列出了小麦研磨和筛分分离的基础理论模型,主要是研磨颗粒输入与输出粒度的变化和静止倾斜筛面物料分离的数学描述。这将对面粉加工技术的研究,提高生产效率,提高面粉质量,提供较好的理论研究基础。
A theory model about wheat grinding and sifting was presented by collection of and study on foreign and domestic documents, which mainly refer to change of ground particle size between input and output, and mathematics description for material separation by a still and inclined sifting surface. This will proyide a good base for theoretical study of flour processing technology, improvement of production efficiency and flour quality.
