摘要
我国经济持续快速增长,电网建设随之快速发展。根据我国能源丰富地区远离经济发达地区的基本国情,必须加快建设坚强的特高压电网以满足持续增长的电力需求,实现大规模的电力输送。在国外已有成熟经验和国内近20a研究的基础上,继续对特高压关键技术进行了深入研究,在外绝缘配合、过电压控制、电磁环境影响、无功平衡及潜供电流等方面取得了大量研究成果。通过建设交流特高压试验示范工程和直流特高压输电工程,推进特高压电网建设进程,建设坚强国家电网,实现资源的优化配置。
Along with the growth of national economy continuously and rapidly in China, the power grid construction is also developing fast. According to the fundamental realities of the energy rich area far away from the economic developed area in China, the strong UHV power grid must be quickly built in order to satisfy the power demand with increasing continuously and realize the large-scale power transmission. Based on studying mature experiences abroad and domestic research about 20 years, the crucial technologies of UHV have been developed continuously and deeply, and the plenty of research achievements in coordination of external insulation, over-voltage control, electromagnetic environment influences, reactive power balancing and secondary arc current etc. have been gotten. Through building the UHVAC demonstration project and UHVDC projects, the construction process of UHV power grid to build a strong national power grid, and realizing the optimization disposition of resources will be promoted.
