摘要
为满足日趋严格的环保要求,我国燃煤火电厂今后将逐步建设烟气脱硝装置。系统地研究总结和分析国内外燃煤电厂锅炉选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝系统的设计特点与运行经验,包括SCR系统的技术原理与设计要求、技术关键、反应塔布置及其催化剂特性、氨逃逸及其对空气预热器的影响、供氨与喷氨系统等设计优化技术,对我国火电厂今后发展SCR烟气脱硝技术提供借鉴与指导。
Coal-fired power plants in China are to De equipped with flue gas De-NOx systems in the near future to meet the even more strict criteria for pollutant emission.This paper introduced the design features and operation experience of the Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) to control NOx emission in large-scale coal-fired plants, mainly including the technical prineiple, design specification, key technology, reactor arrangement and catalyst characteristic, ammonia slip and its impact on the downstream air preheater, ammonia supply and injection system for SCR system performance optimization. The experiences make reference for the development of China's future SCR systems.
