输电线路冰害事故及原因分析 被引量:168

摘要 输电线路的覆冰及其引起的各类冰害事故严重危害了我国电力系统的安全运行。根据近年来我国输电线路发生的重大冰害事故,对我国输电线路冰害事故的特点及原因进行了分析和总结。结果表明:我国冰害事故具有持续时间长、发生频率高、覆盖面积大等特点;微气象地区的严重覆冰会引起输变电设备电气性能和机械性能的下降,严重覆冰引起过荷载、不均匀覆冰或不同期脱冰引起张力差、绝缘子串覆冰闪络及覆冰导线舞动是造成覆冰事故的主要原因。此外对冰害事故的监测手段和防冰除冰方法也进行了总结,并提出了防止覆冰事故的技术措施和方法的研究方向。 Ice deposits on transmission lines are of great danger to the security of service of electrical power system. Based on several typical severe ice accidents occurring in China, this paper summarized and analyzed the characteristics and reasons for severe ice accidents. The results show that the ice accidents occurring in China have such characteristics as long duration, high frequency of occurrences, large coverage area and great loss to national economy, etc. Drastic decrease of mechanical property and electric property as a result of severe icing is the main reason for ice accidents. Besides, the de-icing measures for preventing transmission lines from severe ice accidents are summarized.
