摘要
针对目前国内燃煤电厂输煤皮带转运点治理粉尘污染普遍存在的误区,提出了采用控制诱导风的方法降低出口粉尘质量浓度,并开发了由可控诱导风的导料槽及高效多级湿式旋流除尘器组成的新型输煤转运点负压除尘系统。现场应用结果表明,该除尘系统具有除尘效率高、运行成本低、易于维护等特点。当入口粉尘质量浓度低于60g/m3时,能保证对外排放气流含尘达标;在室内无其他污染源的情况下,可使空气含尘质量浓度满足国家环保标准。
This paper focused on the common misconceptions in dust pollution control of the transfer point on coal belt in thermal power plant and developed a new negative pressure dust separation system. The system composes of a controllable inducing air flow guide groove and an efficient multilevel cyclone dust separator, and it can reduce the exit dust concentration by controlling the inducing air flow. The practical operation shows that this new dust separation system is efficient, low-cost and easy to maintenance. The exhaust flow can meet the criteria of dust content when the dust mass concentration of input flow is less than 60 g/m^3; the dust mass concentration indoors can meet the national environment protection standard if there are no other sources of pollution.
