摘要 现场总线控制系统(FCS)在网络结构、控制方式、可靠性等方面具有显著的优越性,是实现火电厂全厂辅助系统整体分散控制和集中操作的有效途径。针对目前现场总线种类多、应用不够深入的情况,强调了应用是关键,提出了应用方面的一些意见。重点分析了ControlNet和DeviceNet 2种现场总线的技术特点及其在火电厂辅助系统FCS中的应用前景,设计了基于这2种总线的火电厂全厂辅助系统FCS,并在印度BALCO电站(4×135MW机组)得到应用,通过网络在控制层面实现一体化,通过现场智能设备和现场控制器实现控制功能的分散化,并实现集中监视和操作。 Fieldbus control system (FCS) is of great superiority in network structure, control mode and reliability performance; as a result, it is an effective way to realize the distributed control and centralized operation for the whole auxiliary system in thermal power plant. This paper placed emphasis on the application and proposed several applying suggestion, especially discussed the technical characteristics and application prospect of ControlNet and DeviceNet. Auxiliary system FCS based on the two fieldbus was designed and has been successfully applied in BALCO Power Plant in India. Integration at control level is realized via network, in addition, decentralization of control as well as centralized monitoring and operation can be obtained by the field intelligent device and controllers.
