摘要 随着科学研究的进展,有关载脂蛋白AⅤ(apoAⅤ)基因的功能发现得越来越多。目前发现apoAⅤ基因单核苷酸多态性对血脂有影响,尤其是对三酰甘油有影响。另外还发现它同心血管疾病有联系,但研究结果尚不一致。 With the development of science research,people find more and more function about apoA5 gene. The main finding is that apoA5 single-nucleotide polymorphisms can affect plasma lipoprotein level,especially triglyceride. What's more,people also find the association with cardiovascular disease. But the findings are disagree.
