摘要
缺血修饰白蛋白是心肌缺血发生后到发生细胞坏死之前的一个非常早期的指标,主要根据人血清白蛋白N末端与钴离子的结合力的改变而测定,心肌缺血一旦发生,就迅速升高,缺血停止后仍能持续数小时。可用于急性冠脉综合征的早期诊断、短期危险分层及判断预后等方面。
Ischemia modified albumin is a measure of changes to the cobalt binding capacity of the N-terminus of human serum albumin arising from contact with ischemic tissue before irreversible damage occurs,and is detectable in circulating blood within minutes of an ischemic event,and can last for several hours after the ischemic event stops. It also may be applicatcd in the early diagnosis,risk stratification and judgement prognoses and so on about acute coronary artery syndrome.
