摘要 高密度脂蛋白是冠心病的负性危险因素,现复习了与高密度脂蛋白结构与功能研究有关的最新文献,阐明蛋白组学这一新的实验方法促进了高密度脂蛋白研究的深入,对了解高密度脂蛋白在心脏疾病中的作用带来了更加显著的影响,为后续的研究提供了新的视点。其次对调节高密度脂蛋白代谢途径的相关基因进行了综述,说明了多学科领域的密切合作推动了高密度脂蛋白研究的进程,对高密度脂蛋白调节基因的了解和认识促进了各种潜在的治疗手段如药物开发和利用的发展。 Low concentration of plasma high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) has a negative relationship to atherosclerosis. Proteomic approach promotes the research of HDL. We can obtain detailed information about the protein content and protein modifications of HDL. In this review ,we also discuss the genes that are known to regulate HDL metabolism. These strategies can accelerate the pace of finding genes,which regulate HDL metabolism. It will lead to improve studies of new therapies that increase plasma HDL-C levels.
