摘要 简要介绍了预警和地理信息系统(Geographic Information Systems,GIS)的基本概念、研究现状和领域,并针对矿山开发过程中所出现资源浪费和生态环境破坏等问题,确定了基于资源条件和生态环境影响的矿产资源开发预警指标体系,并建立预警系统.论文通过对浙江省富阳大山顶矿区的实地调查和研究区域的生态环境要求,分析和评价了该矿山的资源状况和区位条件及矿产资源开发对生态环境所造成的影响,以此计算警度,然后确定预警等级和开采类型,并利用GIS的信息管理和空间分析功能,结合矿山所在区域的地理坐标、海拔高度、植被覆盖等基础信息,创建矿山预警专题地图,实现了预警的定性、定量、可视、定位及数据共享和动态监测,为矿山的信息化管理提供科学依据. The general concepts, research fields and reviews of early warning and GIS(Geographic Information Systems)were introduced in this paper, and the indicators of the early warning about mining were conformed and the early warning system of mining was built, which is aimed at the problems of wasting resources and eco-environment destruction raised in the process of mineral development. This early warning system was used to research in Dashanding Mine, Fuyang, Zhejiang Province. According to the investigations and the demands of eco-environment in researching areas, the influences of ecology and environment raised by mining, combining with the situations of the resources and the geographic position were analyzed and estimated, the warning degrees were calculated, and then the thematic map of the early warning was created based on the data of the warning degrees and GIS. Qualifying, quantifying visualizing, positioning, sharing of information and dynamic monitoring of the early warning were achieved.
