硬通道技术脑室外引流与传统方法的比较

Comparing technique of hard channels with traditional method using external ventricular drainage

目的报告一种简单、快捷的脑室外引流方法。方法分析比较传统方法(颅骨钻孔脑室外引流24例)与硬通道技术方法(采用YL-1型针钻一体针行脑室外引流42例)行脑室外引流的效果。结果硬通道技术脑室外引流与传统方法脑室外引流两组病例:引流时间上,前者较后者引流时间长,而脑脊液漏发生率(P<0.01)及颅内感染率低(P<0.05)。手术时间上,前者较后者明显缩短。结论硬通道技术脑室外引流手术简单、快捷,能于床旁施行,创伤小,能颅骨自锁,封闭性好,脑脊液不易渗漏。硬通道技术脑室外引流优于传统的颅骨钻孔脑室外引流。

Obiective To report the the technique of hard channels using external ventricular drainage, Methods Comparing effects of 42 cases external ventricular drainage of the hard channels （Using the needle of YL-1 type to operate external ventricular drainage） with results in 24 cases by traditional external ventricular drainage. Results Comparing cases of external ventricular drainage of the hard channels with cases of traditional method ： the former is longer to the latter in time of external ventricular drainage, but the former is lower to the latter in ventricular infection. The former is superior to the latter in surgery time of external ventricular drainage. Conclution External ventricular drainage by the hard channels is a simpler and faster method. Operating external ventricular drainage of using the needle of YL-1 type is superior to the measure of traditional method.
