Building and gradually perfecting Rural Social Security System of our country is not only the demand of achieving comprehensive well-off society, but also an important part of coordinated development of the urban and rural areas. This paper, based on the necessity of building rural social insurance, raises some countermeasures in the face of difficulties and problems.
