摘要
企业发展的根本性目标是价值增值。本文依据不同发展阶段、不同时期的具体情况,制定不同的总体战略,从而实现企业价值增值的最终目标。本文还以此为切入点,对如何引导我国企业以价值增值为导向制定发展战略提出了建议。以上市公司为例,说明企业应如何以价值增值为导向。
The fundamental target of an entrepreneur is value-adding. Taking public companies as examples, thos article explains how an entrepreneur should establish its corporate-level strategies to realize its final aim of value-addlng in different developing stages and periods. This article also makes aeveral proposals on how to induct native entrepreneurs to form their corporate-level strategies according to value-adding principles.
