客户关系管理是一种旨在改善企业与客户之间关系,提高客户忠诚度和满意度的新型管理机制。本文从客户关系管理产生的原因谈起,继而阐述了客户关系管理的内涵及所应把握的原则。
Customer's relation management is an new-type mechanisms of management which aims at improving the relation between the enterprise and customer, improving the customer's loyalty and satisfaction. This text analyzes the cause of customer's relation management, then explain the intension and principle that customer's relation management should grasp.
