基于不确定环境下我国企业保持竞争优势的行为选择

Designs in Behavior for Enterprises to Keep the Competition Advantage Based on Instable Environments

企业经营管理现状调查指出了一个触目惊心的问题。企业战略方面:有的企业没有企业战略,很多企业只进行粗放式的战略管理,企业战略多数不能及时调整。基于企业的生存环境不确定性日益增强,企业进行科学战略管理和战略创新就变得尤为重要。本文研究了战略管理、战略创新和企业保持竞争优势的关系,在此基础上论证了企业竞争优势得以保持的基本途径是企业应该加强战略管理和进行战略创新,最后提出企业为实现持续的竞争优势应做出的行为选择。

A research paper about the operation situation of Chinese enterprises describes a threatening problem in strategy, some enterprises do not draw their strategies up at all, and many enterprises manage their strategies roughly. In most cases, the strategies can not be adjusted in time with the increasingly instable competitive environment which the enterprises survive. In the paper the relations of strategy management, strategy innovation and competition advantage has been analyzed. Based on the analysis, it is rational to conclude that the enterprises should make efforts to strengthen their management and innovation in strategy .In the end, designs in behavior are given to keep the advantage in such a increasingly instable environments.
