当前,人民币汇率之所以成为国际社会的热点问题之一,除政治、经济的因素外,与其形成机制有着密切关系。由于各项管制的存在,汇率水平的确可能偏离真实有效的汇率,无法真实地反映外汇供求关系。随着我国入世及金融市场的逐步完善,现行人民币汇率形成机制已渐露弊端。因此,为顺应金融服务贸易自由化的发展趋势,完善人民币的市场汇率机制是摆在我们面前的一种必然选择。

At present, the exchange rate of RMB becomes one of the hot questions of international community, besides political, economic factor. It has close relations instead of the mechanism of forming. Because of the existence of every controlled ways, the exchange rate level may really deviate from the true and effective exchange rate, and unable reflect the supply-demand relationship of the foreign currency. With entering the WTO of our country and financial market＇s perfection step-by-step, current RMB exchange rate form mechanism has revealed the drawback more and more. Thus, in order to comply with the development trends of finance trade liberalization ,perfecting market exchange rate mechanism of RMB is one inevitable choice before us.
