摘要 酸岩反应动力学方式与酸溶蚀行为之间关系的理论判别,对更好地实施油井酸化增产技术有重要意义。本文在前文工作基础上通过酸液在多孔介质毛细管内的层流传质与反应问题的求解,提出了受对流传质、扩散传质以及表面反应控制的动力学相互转化的一套临界判据,可在一定程度上对酸岩反应动力学方式与酸溶蚀行为之间的关系作出理论判别。 The kinetic equations are established for an acid solution flowing and reacting with the surface in contact in a capillar tube as a modelling acid/rock (A /R) reaction system. By solving these equations at boundary conditions a kinetic criterion is obtained to predict whether the transition of convection-, diffusion-, and sruface teaction-controlled reactions from one to another can occur. thus the acid etching behavior in the A/R system under study can be ascertained according to the relations established in a previous work. A for of various real limestion/HCl, dolomite/HCl, and sandstone/HF reactions are discussed using the values of this criterion calculated from published kinetic data. The results of this work are in agreement with the oilfield acidizing practize.
