There are important meaning that we resarch on the features of risks for banks ,and we analyse factors of touching off risks of banks,and we pose countermeasures for guarding against risks of banks,and also we proceed to start with diffrerent stratums and points of viewing.It is nesessary that banks proceed in struct on the risks of idesa and knowledge in their all staffs.The banks should have establish system of premonition for risks and its team of supervision,and the banks must enhance audit and controt,there by reaching safe orbiting,and reduceing various loss of risks,and arriveing at raise of the profit, and achieveing development goal of the banks and the social economy.
