摘要
以多元磷酸酯、偏铝酸钠、磷酸酯铝盐、三乙醇胺和柴油为原料,配制出DCE柴油基冻胶压裂液。研究了初成胶液(柴油+多元磷酸酯J26812+偏铝酸钠NA)、DCE柴油基压裂液冻胶及破胶液的性能,简要介绍了油基压裂液的交联机理和交联特点。研究结果表明,DCE柴油基冻胶压裂液具有耐高温、抗剪切、基本不伤害地层等特点,适用于低渗透、强水敏性地层的压裂。
The titled diesel base gelling fluid is prepared in two steps: ① mix diesel solution of J26812, polyvalent phosphates, with NA. sodium metaaluminate. to form a pregel,which is stable at ambient temperatures at least in 3 days;② mix the pregel (75 mPa·s at 170 s^-1 and 15℃) with J1622Ⅱ, aluminium salt of phosphoric acid ester, and triethanolamine(gel breaker) for squeezing into the aimed formation. Clay stabilizers can be introduced. The fluid DCE enhances its viscostiy (mPa·s) at 90℃: 183 in 30 sec. 266 in 6 min, 316 in 12 min. The gel breaks down thoroughly at 90℃ in 24 hrs and the destructed fluid ha viscosity at 170 s^-1 15 and 6 mPa·s (15℃and 30℃). The prepeation and performance evaluation of fluid DCE are described and the mechanizms involved in DCE gel formation are discussed.
