摘要
针对电阻炉温度系统具有容量大、纯滞后量大,非线性的特点,提出了一种模糊预测协调控制算法,将模糊控制和预测控制相结合,发挥预测控制的超前性和模糊控制不需要对象精确模型的优势,增强了系统的跟踪和抗干扰能力。现场运行结果表明,该算法简洁实用,对纯滞后特性具有较好的补偿作用,对被控参数变化具有较强的适应能力,取得了满意的控制效果。
In accordance with the technical features of large capacity, non-linear and dead time temperature resistance furnace system, a fuzzy predictable coordinating control algorithm is to combine fuzzy control with predictable control, to show the advantages of forecasting the control effect in advance and the fuzzy control which does not need the object accurate model, and to enhance capabilities of tracking and anti-interference. The result of field operation shows that the algorithm is practically capable and useful. Offering better compensation to the dead time characteristics and higher adaptive capability of the controlling parameters, the algorithm receives good application.
