摘要
利用相平衡、两相流及热焓模型开发计算转油线工艺计算程序,对变温、变压和变速的转油线进行过程模拟,考察了不同相平衡、两相流模型计算结果与工业现场值的吻合情况.得到了温度、压力和汽化率沿转油线各截面的变化规律,其中转油线入口的温度、压力计算值与实测值相符.计算软件可用于转油线的优化设计.
A software for calculating transfer line process is developed with the models of vapour-liquid equilibrium. two-phase flow and enthalpy. The process of the transfer line with changing of pressure,temperature and velocity was simulated. Several vapour-liquid equilibrium models are investigated. The results are agreeable with the in situ data. The temperature and pressure profiles of transfer line are obtained. The temperature and pressure at inlet of transfer line are corresponding to the measured data. The software for design of transfer line is avallable
