摘要
探讨了科学发展观的基本内涵,分析了我国城市规划中存在的一些问题,提出把科学发展观作为城市规划的指导思想,把科学发展观贯穿于城市规划的整个过程和各个方面。
The connotation of the scientific concept of development is discussed. Based upon analysis of the problems existed in urban planning in China author points out that the scientific concept of development should be used as guiding ideology and go through the whole process of urban planning.
