摘要
以5-Br-PADAP作显色剂,利用三阶导数光谱法,在碱性介质中对铜、锌进行了同时测定,测得铜、锌的表观微分摩尔吸光系数分别为1.0×10^5和3.0×10^5,同时还解决了重叠谱带相互干扰的问题,对环境监测中的饮水、污水进行了测定,得到了满意的结果。
Microdetermination of zine and copper were simultaneously carried out by using derivative spectrophotometry in the alkali agent with 5-Br-PADAP. The sensitivity of zine and copper are 3. 0×10 ̄5 and 1. 0× 10 ̄5 L · mol /cm. The interferences of overlapped spectra was overcome. Satisfactory results of determination of zine and copper in water and wastewater at environmental control are obtained
