摘要 对某发电厂凝汽器在运行过程中铜管发生的腐蚀现象进行了探讨,经过分析认为,凝汽器铜管的腐蚀行为主要是由黄铜的脱锌而造成的,冲刷腐蚀、冷凝液腐蚀、气蚀、应力腐蚀等也是造成钢管腐蚀的因素。对腐蚀发生的机理进行了探讨,通过模拟试验与现场试验,找出相应的对策,提出了极防护的方法可以有效地抑制脱锌腐蚀。铜管的预膜处理、消除铜管在运输和安装过程中产生的应力或选择加砷铜管、也可提高耐蚀性,还要注意加强循环水的管理和监测。 A sutdy is made for condenser brass pipe corrosion in operation.It is considered that the corrosion of brass pipes in the condenser is mainly caused by dezincification of brass.Meanwhile,erosion corrosion,condensate liquid corrosion,cavitation corrosion and stress corrosion also contribute to brass pipe corrosion in the condenser.On the basis of simulated experments and field tests it is concluded that application of cathodic protect method can limit the dezincification of brass pipes efficiently.Membrane pretreatment,removing stress in brass pipes caused by transportation and installation or using arsenic brass pipes can also improve the corrosion resistance of brass pipes.In addition,more attention is needed to managing and monitoring water circulation.
