摘要
分析现场NaOH贮桶切割实际状况,考虑贮桶皮薄,NaOH在贮桶内呈坚硬固态的特点,研制圆盘割刀,实现无屑切割,不仅解决了切割贮桶时碱液中掺杂铁离子的难题,保证输液泵的安全工作条件,降低了工人的劳动强度和环境危害,提高了劳动生产率,还为实现特殊切割要求找出了一条新的解决途径。
The in-situ cutting condition of the NaOH storage tank has been analysed.In view of the fact that the storage tank wall is very thin and NaOH inside the tank is in a hard solid state,we have developed the cutting disc to achieve no-dust cutting.It can not only solve the problem that there is too much Fe3+ in aqueous alkali,ensure safe operating condition of transfusion pump,but also relieve the workers of heavy labour,avoid environmetal pollution,and raise productivity.
