摘要
在锥形封头变径段和反向曲线变径段的基础上,提出一种新型变径结构椭球壳变径结构,并采用有限元分析法对其进行应力分析,将结果与试验结果进行比较,二者基本吻合.与GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》规定的锥形封头变径段进行比较,得出椭球壳变径结构具有较好的承载能力.
Based on the knuckle of toriconieal heads and reverse curse, a new knuckle(ellipse shell) is put forward. FEM is applied to analyze stress, and a comparison is made between results by FEM and experiment, which shows that the results by FEM is right. Compared with the knuckle of toriconical heads prescribed in the National Code “GB-1998, STELL PRESSURE VESSELS”, the knuckle of ellipse shell has better pressure - enduring capacity.
