摘要 采用基质固相分散、液液分配、固相萃取相结合的方法提取并净化鸡肝中残留的己烯雌酚,用N-甲基,N-三甲基硅烷三氟乙酰胺(MSTFA)衍生化,毛细管气相色谱/质谱联用(选择离子检测模式,检测离子m/z为383、397、412、413)对衍生物检测分析,内标法定量,建立了对鸡肝中己烯雌酚残留量定性、定量分析的方法.不同添加浓度的己烯雌酚在鸡肝中的平均添加回收率在67.2%~90.2%之间,批内和批间变异系数在3.88%~10.36%之间,检出限为0.5μg/kg. Diethylstilbestrol residues of trace level in chicken liver were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Sample preparation procedures included matrix solid-phase dispersion, liquid-liquid extraction(LLE) and solid-phase extraction(SPE). The detection limit was 0.5 μg/kg, the linear range was 2 - 1 000 μg/L,and the mean recoveries were 67.2% -90.2%.
