摘要 为建立稳定的实验室发热动物模型,供给临床验证试验应用,使用脱脂牛奶分别皮下注射长白猪、大约克×长白二元杂交猪、大约克×长白×杜络克三元杂交猪等不同品种猪,进行了猪实验室发热试验,并对不同剂量、猪的不同日龄、体重和在不同环境温度等条件进行比较试验.结果表明:注射不同剂量的脱脂牛奶均可使猪产生高热症,注射剂量与发热反应强度不呈正相关;不同日龄、体重和品种的猪反应强度无差异,维持40℃以上体温均在28~32 h.猪对外界环境的变动反应稳定,其发热反应较平稳,是理想的实验室发热动物模型. A stable experimental hyrexia animal model which is applied in clinic proof experiment was set up. The method was to inject the non-fat milk under the skin of several different species pigs, such as White Pig, binary hybrid pig of Yorkshire and Large White Pig, triple hybrid pig of Yorkshire, Large White Pig and Durok pig. The comparison of the dosages of non-fat mille, ages and weights of swine, and different environmental temperature. The results evidenced, with injecting the different dosages of non-fat milk made the pig get the hyperthemia, there was no a positive relevance between the dosage and the intensity of hyrexia reflect, there was no differents of reaction intensity in the ages, weights and species of swine. The body temperature was over 40 ℃ and kept 28 to 32 hours. The pig is an ideal experimental hyrexia animal for having reacting-stability on the change of environment and more firmer of hyrexia reaction.
