会宁县马铃薯产业发展现状及对策

Present problems and countermeasures of potato industry in Huining county

通过会宁县马铃薯产业现状分析,指出会宁县马铃薯产业中存在着品种混杂、增产普及率低、脱毒种薯应用规模过小、缺乏“龙头”企业组织带动作用、服务体系薄弱、中介组织短缺等问题。认为应推广马铃薯的栽培增产技术,建立马铃薯脱毒快繁中心,重点培养“龙头”加工企业,改善马铃薯产业的投资结构,建立马铃薯系列化服务体系,发展订单农业和品牌战略。

Based on the analysis of the present developing situation of potato industry in Huining county, this paper points out that there are the following problems in the development of potato industry in Huining county, such as heterogeneous variety, low rate of increasing production, small application scale of the nonpoisonous seed potato, inadequate effects of ＂Longtou＂ enterprises, weakness of service system, scarcity of intermediary organizations, etc. Then the paper puts forward the pertinence countermeasures, such as popularizing the technology of increasing potato production, establishng the breeding center of nonpoisonous potato, developing ＂Longtou＂ processing enterprises of potato,improving the investment structure of potato industry, setting up the serialized service system, developing agreement agriculture merchanism, adopting brand strategy and so on.
