摘要 本文较全面地论述了炭电极和超级电容器的工作机理和优点,讨论炭结构和表面对超级电热器电容量和放电速度的影响以及分析其对漏电流的影响,并介绍前人对多孔炭电极材料进行改良的方法,对目前所使用的活性炭粉、活性炭纤维、碳气凝胶、碳纳米管、纳米碳纤维等炭电极材料进行比较,讨论所存在的一些问题及对未来进行展望。 The principle and advantages of carbon supercapacitor are reviewed all round. It discusses that the structure and surface of carbon influence the capacities and charge-discharge velocity of supercapacitor, analyzes the leakage current, and introduces the modification methods for carbon materials. Moreover, the materials of carbon electrode such as activated carbon, VGCF, aerogel, CNT, CNF, which are used now, are compared. The problems which haven' t been solved are indicated and the prospects of the materials of carbon electrode are reviewed.
