头颈肿瘤调强适形放疗研究进展 被引量:2

Advance in intensity modulated radiation therapy for head and neck tumors

摘要 凋强适形放疗(IMRT)是一种新的提高治疗增益的放射治疗技术。在头颈肿瘤中运用IMRT,使剂量分布更适合于肿瘤靶区,增加肿瘤剂量,减少正常组织器官的照射剂量,提高了肿瘤的局部控制率,改善了患者的生活质量,有可能提高患者的生存率。
