摘要 随着对急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)发病机制研究的深入,APL的药物治疗取得很大的进展,特别是诱导APL细胞分化和调亡药物的研究和应用,使APL患者的完全缓解率和无病生存期明显提高。
