摘要
结合高速公路的建设需要,对辉绿岩碎石制备及其混凝土的性能进行了研究。结果表明,辉绿岩的主要成分是SiO2,几乎占到了50%,有利于骨料-水泥石界面的改善,其视密度较常用的石灰岩的约高10%左右;辉绿岩多为层状解理,决定了轧制或破碎的碎石骨料的质量较差,配制的混凝土离析和泌水严重;选择母岩性能较好的石料厂,采用较为先进的反击式破碎机生产出质量较好的辉绿岩碎石,用其配制的混凝土较石灰岩混凝土的强度略有提高,流动性增大,离析和泌水改善,密度提高约6%。
Preparation of the diabase gravel and performance of concrete were studied for the demand of freeway. The test indicated that the main composition of diabase gravel was silicon dioxide, nearly 50 percent content, improving the surface of aggregate and cementime. The density of diabase gravel increased 10 percent than usually lime lock. The diabase gravel almost was laminated cleavage, so the quality of aggregate by impurities and crushing was bad, segregation and bleeding of concrete made by the aggregate was heavy. Good native rock company and advanced impact breaker were chosen to produce diabase gravel, with the diabase gravel, the performances of concrete were better than the concrete made by lime lock. The fluidity,segregation and bleeding of concrete were improved, and the specific density increased 6 percent.
