摘要
实验性口腔癌癌性转化过程中,应用复方丹参注射液(5g/kg)每周三次腹腔注射,记录癌变时间并于癌变2周后分别作超微结构及核仁组成区的观察。结果发现:实验组诱癌时间较对照组(单纯诱癌不用丹参制剂)平均延长27.6天(P<0.01),实验组上皮细胞分化较成熟,基底膜较完整,上皮下结缔组织内胶原纤维致密,成纤维细胞功能活跃。实验表明:调节微循环有可能改善上皮下结缔组织的健康状况及抗病能力,达促进上皮分化和抑制癌变的作用。
With intraperitoneal SMZ 5g/kg three times weekly during development of the experimental oral carcinoma, the latent period of tumour production was recorded, two weeks after the occurence of the carcinoma,the ultrastructure and nucleolar organizer regions were investigated.The results showed that:In the experimental group,the carcinoma developed more slowly and the latent period was in an average of 27.6 days longer than that of the control group;(used carcinogen only, P<0.01), and the epidermoid cells were better differentiated, the basal lamina were more intact. In the underlying connective tissues, the densely arranged collagenous fibrils and fibroblast with lively functional action were been noticed. From this study it suggested that:it may improving the healthy condition and anti-disease ability of the hypodermic connective tissues, promoting cell differentiation and restrain the epidemoid carcinoma development by the regulation of the microcirculation.
