摘要
用氯化钙致家兔实验性心律失常和大鼠心肌缺血再灌注心律失常模型,观察噻苯唑的抗心律失常作用。结果表明:噻苯唑有较好的抗心律失常作用,其机理可能与对Ca ̄(2+)转运的影响有关。
The effects of thiabendazole on experimental arrhythmia induced by intraveneous CaCl2 in rabbits and by ischemic reperfusion in mice were studied.The results showed that the drug had antiarrhythmic effect.The mechanism may be presumably related to its effect on Ca2+ transportation.
