The new generation of electrochemical water treatment equipment for treating the mixed wastewater containing toxic heavy metal ions and organic pollutant is introduced. Through analyzing the system running results, it is shown that this process is practical and effective. The effluent water reaches the standard and can be reused. In addition, its running cost is low, its operational management is simple, being an ideal technical choice for the treatment of wastewater from surface treatment industries, such as electroplating finishing, etc.
