摘要
介绍了河南中德合作造林项目可行性研究的内容、方法及特点,并与河南同类林业项目可行性研究的做法进行对比,提出河南省林业项目可行性研究今后改进的方向。
The paper introduces the contents,methods and characteristics of feasibility study of Sino-German cooperative forestry project in Henan,and makes a comparison with that of traditional forestry projects. Moreover,it also puts forward some suggestions for improving feasibility study of forestry projects in Henan.
