协调的劳动关系是企业稳定、社会和谐的基础。要想构建和谐劳动关系,要从劳动关系生成的市场环境入手,从劳动关系主体双方(劳动者、用人单位或雇主)的博弈对比力量出发,通过政府(第三方主体)、劳动者、用人单位(或雇主)及工会组织(协调主体)各自发挥主观能动性,这样才能变为现实。
