摘要 “教师心理场”是教育心理学中的一个新概念。目前,有关“教师心理场”在外语教学中运用的研究资料尚属匮乏。笔者通过多年的实践并进行大量检索,在本文中对“教师心理场”这一概念作出界定、指出它的特性和营造教学课堂中的积极“心理场”的基本策略。 The psychological field of teacher is a new concept of educational psychology. At present, it is short of researching materials about the psychological field of teacher using in foreign language teaching. The author of this article gives the definition of the psychological field of teacher and describes its characteristics for us through her many years' teaching practice and a large amount of looking up online. Then she tells us the basic tactics that makes positive the psychological field of teacher in the process of classroom teaching.
